This meeting
will determine
the compatibility
of client, project
and Foliaire.
A cohesive working
relationship makes
all the difference
for both parties.
In this initial
meeting the full
scope of the project
will be discussed
in it's entirety,
including the
necessity for
design. This discussion
is based on your
specific desires,
budget, style
of landscaping
and season of
installation.
The Design
Process
Development of
the design is
the single most
important step
in your project.
The design or
"master plan"
is crucial in
conveying concepts
and calculating
accurate quotes.
A well-executed
master plan will
enable a project
to be implemented
all at once or
over an indeterminate
period of time.
Charges associated
with the design
process are determined
by the extent
of time required
to properly communicate
the design concept,
be that actual
on-site design,
blue prints, or
research involved
to calculate and
resource the desired
products or materials.
Foliaire will
assess a design
fee and submit
it to you in contract
form for your
review. This contract
will require a
sign-off before
any design work
will commence.
Presentation
of Your Design
and/or Quote
In this meeting
we will discuss
all aspects of
your individual
design or quote,
changes or additions,
product availability,
cost centers,
starting dates,
installation contracts
and deposits.
Installation
of Project
At this point
we know you are
excited to begin
as soon as possible.
We will start
installation as
soon as we can
procure the materials
and scheduling
allows. For the
efficiency of
the project, Foliaire
will make every
effort to schedule
consecutive working
days once the
project begins.
